5. Data Disclosure

No data disclosures or international transfers of your data are foreseen, except for those authorised by tax, commercial, and telecommunications legislation, as well as in cases where a judicial authority requires it.

8. User Activity Tracking and Logging

8.1 Internal Usage Analysis (Proprietary Tracking)

The Company performs internal tracking of platform usage based on legitimate interest to ensure the proper functioning, security, and improvement of the service.

8.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics only with the user’s consent, employing non-essential cookies to obtain usage statistics. The user may accept, reject, or modify their consent at any time from the cookie settings panel.

9. Google Search Console Integration

Maradigma provides SEO auditing and monitoring tools for its clients’ websites. Connecting Google Search Console is optional and requires a person with access to the property to authorize Maradigma through Google’s consent screen. This integration supplements the purposes and data categories described in sections 2 and 3.

Data and permissions. We request the read-only webmasters.readonly permission. It allows access to the properties available to the authorized account, their Google search performance data —search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, with available breakdowns—, sitemaps and URL inspection results. This connection does not allow changes to Search Console settings or access to Gmail or Google Drive files. Maradigma does not receive your Google password; it uses the credentials and tokens issued for the authorization.

Use of information. We use these data to prepare audits, identify visibility and indexing issues, and compare the performance of authorized websites over time. Reports are intended for the client and the people authorized to provide that service. Analysis may use automated tools and AI assistance within the work authorized by the client. These data are not sold or used for personalized advertising.

Storage and communications. Connection credentials and reports are retained in the working environments used to provide the service and are treated as confidential information. The integration sends authorization and data requests to Google. The use of technical providers for analysis is limited to delivering the authorized service and is subject to applicable data protection requirements. This specific information supplements section 5 for the Search Console integration. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Retention, revocation and deletion. The retention criteria in section 2.1 apply. You can withdraw access through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents new authorized requests through that connection, but does not automatically delete previously generated reports. To request disconnection and deletion of retained data, or to exercise your rights, contact info@maradigma.com as described in section 6. Applicable retention obligations will be handled in accordance with that section and section 2.1.
